Complete Denial

You’ll convince yourself that you don’t actually want what you want… whether you’re afraid of getting it, not getting it, or think you’re undeserving of it, etc., you’ll convince yourself that the desire isn’t even there.

Quiet Suffering

If you do admit to yourself that you want something, you may not actually do anything about it. You won’t get anything in this life by sitting around and wishing for it (or manifesting REALLY hard), so you have to take action.

Diluted Action

If you can admit to yourself that you want something and actually do something about it, often times, it’s UNFOCUSED action. You’ll talk about what you want and even do things to look busy, but what you’re doing barely moves you forward.

You can’t just take performative action; this isn’t social media. You need to move the needle.

What exactly does a coaching session with you look like?

Each session is a focused, structured conversation. We look at what's blocking your progress, clarify your next step, and agree on specific actions to take before the next session. It's not therapy, it's not fluff. It's practical, thought-provoking, and results-focused.

How is coaching different from therapy or mentoring?

Therapy helps you heal the past. Mentoring tells you what to do. Coaching helps you move forward by getting you to take action now. I won't tell you how to live your life. I'll help you figure out what's getting in your way and guide you to change it.

I already know what I need to do, I just can't get myself to do it. Is this for me?

Yes. That's exactly who this is for. You don't need more knowledge, you need follow-through. Coaching helps you break the loop of overthinking, hesitation, and guilt so you can actually do the things you've been avoiding.

What if I don't have a specific goal right now?

That's fine. We'll start by creating clarity around what matters to you and what you actually want to move toward. Many clients begin with "I just feel stuck," and by the first session we've already defined a clear direction.

Hello! I’m Fil

In 2014, I made the decision to drop everything I had at home to move to a place I had never been, with a language I didn’t speak, to do something I had never done before.

Why? Because I realized that the things I had done for the last 7 years hadn’t gotten me to a place I wanted to be.

I had to be really honest with myself and figure out what I wanted. After sitting with that question, I realized that I wanted to help people change their lives.

I took progressive action by going to East China, where I studies Martial Arts. When I wasn’t training, I was reading books on philosophy, psychology, and personal coaching. After learning Kung Fu, I joined a programme that taught me about Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and got my Coaching Diploma.

Since then, I’ve used my knowledge to help others rewire the way they think and take progressive action toward their goals. And I can help you achieve the things you have always wanted to do, too.
